Considered questions, plainly answered.
- Can we live in the property during a full refurbishment?
- Occasionally, yes — but for whole-house projects we usually recommend vacating to allow programme efficiency and protect the finished standard. We will advise candidly during your consultation.
- How are budgets managed on larger refurbishments?
- Every project is built against a fully itemised contract sum, with monthly cost reporting and a clear, agreed variation procedure. There are no surprises.
- Do you work with the homeowner's interior designer?
- Frequently. We collaborate closely with the leading interior design studios serving Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and central London.
