A serious commission deserves a serious commitment to the years that follow. Every project we deliver is backed by a defined aftercare programme — written, indexed and personally led.
12-month defects period
From the day we hand the keys back, every element of the build is covered for a full twelve months. Snags are addressed within five working days of report, in priority order.
10-year workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for ten years from completion. This sits alongside, not in place of, any structural warranty provided on new-build elements.
Manufacturer warranties registered
Boilers, MVHR units, glazing, roofing, sanitaryware and appliances are all registered with their manufacturers in your name at handover. You receive a single, indexed warranty pack.
Dedicated aftercare contact
Every completed home is allocated a named aftercare contact — a senior member of staff who knows your project personally and is reachable by direct line and email.
Annual courtesy inspection
On request, a member of our team will return to your home twelve months after handover to walk through the building, check on settlement, and adjust any joinery or ironmongery.
Full O&M documentation
At handover you receive a digital and bound Operation & Maintenance manual — appliance manuals, valve locations, drainage runs, electrical schematics and material specifications.
A simple, named route.
If something requires attention within the defects period or the workmanship guarantee, contact your named aftercare lead by phone or email. We will respond within one working day and attend within five.
For urgent issues — water ingress, electrical failure, security — call the director's line at any hour.
