Itemised, no provisional-sum games, no day-rates. We tender competitively and contract honestly — your client never receives an invoice you didn't expect.
Design intent protected on site
Drawings are followed, RFIs are intelligent and timely, and details are sweated. We do not value-engineer behind your back — every proposed change is brought to you, priced and signed.
Weekly QS reports
Architects and clients receive parallel weekly reports: programme position, valuation status, variations register, look-ahead, photos. Nothing surprises you at a site meeting.
Portfolio-ready handover
Snag-free handover, full O&M archive, professional photography access and as-built drawings supplied digitally. Your project is ready for your website and the awards entry.
In-house craft
Brickwork, joinery, plaster and stone in-house. The finish that wins awards is built by people who answer to us — not the cheapest sub-contractor available that week.
Sensible to work with
Director-led. One number, one decision-maker. Specifications discussed at desk-level before tender returns. A grown-up working relationship — that's the whole pitch.
Capacity to tender on new projects.
We deliberately limit ourselves to a small number of live projects so each one gets Nicholas personally and a dedicated site team. We currently have capacity to tender on new architect-led commissions in the £150,000 – £2m range across Buckinghamshire. Contemporary, traditional and listed work all welcomed.
