We run year-long commissions, so we don't bounce people between jobs. Stable hours, near home.
Site Manager
Run a single luxury project end-to-end. SMSTS, First Aid, 5+ years on high-spec residential.
ApplyLead Carpenter / Joiner
Bench and site joinery for bespoke kitchens, staircases and built-in furniture. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent demonstrable craft.
ApplyPlasterer / Finisher
Float-and-set and Venetian-grade finishes. Pride in a flat, true wall.
ApplyApprentice (multi-trade)
Rotate through groundworks, carpentry, finishing and joinery under named mentors. Sponsored college day-release.
