Conservation-led restoration of listed and period homes.
Grade II listed cottages, Arts-and-Crafts homes, Georgian rectories and Edwardian villas — restored by craftsmen who understand lime mortar, handmade brick, traditional joinery and the patience these buildings demand.

Considered questions, plainly answered.
- Do you handle listed building consent applications?
- Yes — usually in partnership with a heritage consultant. We have delivered successful consent for alterations to Grade II properties across South Bucks and the Chilterns.
- Can a listed building be made energy efficient?
- Within sensible limits, yes. Breathable insulation, secondary glazing, careful draught-proofing and MVHR can transform comfort and running costs without harming the fabric. We avoid solutions that trap moisture in old walls.
- Do you source reclaimed and traditional materials?
- Routinely. Handmade Buckinghamshire brick, Chiltern flint, reclaimed clay tile, oak structural timber and natural slate are part of our standard supply chain.
- Will VAT relief apply to my project?
- Some alterations to listed buildings qualify for VAT reductions; like-for-like repairs do not. We model this carefully at feasibility and engage a VAT consultant where appropriate.
